Our clients have the right to freely use the rented cars on the entire territory of Ukraine, except for Donetsk, Luhansk, occupied territories and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (as well as a 30-kilometer zone from these regions). Traveling abroad is possible only to the EU countries.

In order to avoid vehicle breakdowns, VanRent strongly recommends refueling only at official gasoline stations with 95 gasoline / euro diesel fuel: “WOG”, “OKKO”, “UPG”, “SHELL”, “SOCAR”.

Car delivery and return is carried out in a pre-arranged place and during working hours, but the company can also provide you with additional services:

• Getting a car outside of working hours – 500 UAH
• Returning a car after hours – 500 UAH
• Pickup or delivery of a car outside the office, but within the city – 500 UAH

Along with the rental payment, the client is obliged to make a deposit (security deposit) for the car. It can be paid in cash or by credit card. At the end of the lease term and in the absence of violations of the contract, the client receives the entire amount of the deposit back. The amount of the deposit depends on the car class.

The daily mileage limit is 300 km for commercial vehicles and 250 km for passenger cars. it is considered total for the entire rental period

In case of overrun, each kilometer is paid additionally according to the company’s tariffs.*

The minimum car rental period is 24 hours. The beginning of the rental period is considered to be the moment of signing the vehicle acceptance certificate.

The car must be returned no later than 1 hour after the end of the last rental day. If you are late in returning the car, you will be charged for an additional rental day.

The calculation is made at the commercial rate on the date of signing the agreement.

This way we can provide a car with a driver.

We are committed to providing technical assistance to the customer or a quick repair (if possible).If the repair takes a long time, we will provide the customer with a replacement vehicle.

You can sign a long-term framework agreement and rent a car as needed.

Each of our cars can be branded in accordance with the lessee’s corporate requirements and style, after agreement with us. The main requirement is to use only high-quality and certified materials, as well as the services of qualified specialists.

The deposit is your maximum financial responsibility for the period of using the car. In other words, if the amount of damage is greater than the amount of the deposit, the customer pays nothing more than the deposit. And vice versa, if the amount of damage is less than the deposit, the client is charged for the repair, and the difference is refunded.

The deposit can also be used to cover other non-insured events, namely:

• lack of fuel when returning the car
• dry cleaning of the car;
• repair or replacement of wheel disks and tires in case of damage by the client
• any significant damage to the car interior.

A car provided to the client in a clean form is returned just as clean, or in addition to the cost of renting a car, the renter pays for its washing in the amount depending on its class.

It is forbidden to smoke in the car, violate traffic rules, use the car for other purposes (as a taxi, sports competitions), transfer to third parties without our knowledge, as well as to repair the car yourself.

In case of early return, the company reserves the right to recalculate the price per day according to the price list, or to withhold 30% of the balance of paid but not used days.
